How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email us at support@lakshacreations.com with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will review the request and provide pickup or shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as applicable.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the product.

Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Items returned without prior request and approval may be rejected.

For COD orders, refund will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer after verification.
